Dothan,AL : Victims identified in J.B. Chapman Road crash on November, Wednesday 22th 2017

Three people are dead following a single-vehicle accident on J.B. Chapman Road Wednesday morning.

Jamie Ernsdorff, 29, of Dothan, Brittany James, 27, of Headland, and Thea Kimberlin, Ernsdorff’s 3-year-old daughter, died from injuries sustained in the accident, Dale County Coroner Woody Hilboldt said.

The accident occurred around 9 a.m. Wednesday on J.B. Chapman Road, less than a mile from Erndorff’s home. Dothan Police Chief Steve Parrish said a minivan driven by Ernsdorff ran off the road and struck a tree. Ernsdorff was wearing a seatbelt. Kimberlin and James were unrestrained. All suffered blunt force trauma injuries.

Hilboldt said he pronounced the victims dead around 10 a.m.
