Racine, WI : Two injured in car crashes into Racine garage on early Friday morning, October 10, 2014

Two people were injured early Friday morning when their car hit a light pole and crashed through a garage door at an apartment complex in Racine. The vehicle was headed south on the Main Street Bridge about 3:25 a.m. when it hit the light pole, a lieutenant with the Racine Police Department told the Journal Sentinel. The car overturned and caught on fire inside the garage. The two people in the car were taken to the hospital with what police said were non-life-threatening injuries. The lieutenant said speed was probably a factor in the crash. No other vehicles were involved, and the road wasn't wet or slippery. Source : Car crashes into Racine garage, two injured
