CHARLOTTE, NC : Two injured in I-77 rollover crash near uptown on Tuesday, 6th September 2016

A crash on Interstate 77 blocked part of the highway near uptown Charlotte and sent two people to the hospital Tuesday morning.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg police say it happened around 4:43 a.m. on I-77 northbound near Remount Road, just before Interstate 277. The blocked lanes reopened around 6:15 a.m.
Police say that two cars and a semi-truck were involved in the crash. At least one vehicle was overturned.
Medic took two people to Carolinas Medical Center-Main with minor injuries.
There's no word on what caused the crash.
