The father of a man who was hit and killed while walking in Colorado Springs is calling for justice. Now that driver, Larry Patrick is charged with vehicular homicide and a DUI.
Scott Fredrickson tells 11 News his son Bruce was a loving son.
“I loved being around him his energy how he made other people feel all of those things are emotions can be overwhelming when you start thinking about those,” Fredrickson said.
