Kansas City, MO : One person killed in wreck between semi and motorcycle on I-435 near Truman Road on Thursday, May 5, 2016

One person was pronounced dead at the scene of a traffic crash Thursday on Interstate 435 near Truman Road, according to authorities.

The wreck was reported shortly after 6:30 p.m. and shut down northbound I-435.

Kansas City police investigated the wreck.
