Two people were hurt, one critically, in a crash between a car and a tractor-trailer Thursday afternoon, according to Jacksonville Fire-Rescue. The crash happened at Eighth and Haines streets on the Eastside about 12:30 p.m. Both vehicles were towed away a short time later. No other information was immediately available.
