RACINE, WI : Racine police make arrest in fatal hit-and-run near 8th and Main on Wednesday, 15th November 2023

The name of a man arrested in the case of a fatal hit and run has been released by Racine police, as well as the identity of the victim.

A report from Racine PD reports that 28-year-old Justin S. Moser from Racine has been arrested. He faces charges of hit-and-run involving death, and knowing operating while suspended causing death.

The victim has been identified as 62-year-old Douglas K. Lueck.
