Lincolnville, ME : 31-year-old Adam Knight dies in a two-vehicle crash on Route 52 in Lincolnville on Tuesday night, March 31, 2015

Authorities say a man has died after his car crossed over into oncoming traffic and collided with a car in Lincolnville, Maine.

The Waldo County Sheriff's Office said the force of the crash on Route 52 Tuesday night caused the man's car to break into two pieces. The driver, identified as 31-year-old Adam Knight of Lincolnville, was ejected and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The other driver, 58-year-old Pricilla Jones of Lincolnville, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital.

Authorities say Knight was traveling northbound on Route 52 when he crossed the centerline and traveled into Jones' southbound car. The crash is being investigated.
