Woodstock, IL : Three people injured after a Woodstock-area crash on Monday, May 16, 2016

A Woodstock-area crash sent three minors to the hospital Monday, a fire official said.

The Woodstock Fire Rescue District was dispatched about 4:45 p.m. to Route 120, west of Chatham Lane, Capt. Karen Bush said.

Two vehicles and five people were involved. Three, all from the same vehicle and all minors, were taken to Centegra Hospital – Woodstock, Bush said, adding they were transported for precautionary reasons only.

The McHenry County Sheriff's Office did not immediately return calls for further information about the crash.
