Bloomfield woman died in a single-car crash1

A Bloomfield woman died in a single-car crash early Sunday morning.

Kristy Morris, 28, was traveling eastbound on County Road 41, between Brace Road and East Victor Road, in Ontario County about 3 a.m. when her car crossed the shoulder of the roadway and struck the guard rail, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.

Her car then overturned multiple times. The sheriff’s office said Morris was taken to F.F. Thompson Hospital where she was pronounced dead.

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office is continuing the investigation.
