A Jaffrey man has been charged with aggravated DWI after a three-car accident Saturday on Route 202 at the Jaffrey-Peterborough town line, police said.
According to police, Leonard Gonthier, 54, was driving eastbound when he swerved into the westbound lane, sideswiping an SUV carrying Cameron Vetter, 19, and Karlee Daub, 18, both of Rindge. Gonthier’s vehicle then collided head-on with a car driven by Reed Leger, 32, of Merrimack.

He was arrested for aggravated DWI, but was unable to be fully processed due to his injuries, police said.
Vetter and Daub suffered minor injuries from the collision and were treated and released from MCH. Leger, who suffered more serious injuries, was also treated and released from MCH.
