Memphis, TN : Motorcyclist dies after crashing near North Hollywood Street and Hubbard Avenue on Monday, 3, 2016

A man died in a crash between a motorcycle and a Cadillac, according to Memphis Police Department.

MPD officers responded to the crash around 7 p.m. on Monday near North Hollywood Street and Hubbard Avenue.

Witnesses said the 26-year-old biker was speeding and doing a wheelie when he crashed into a Cadillac that was in the turn lane.

"I held somebody's son, somebody's grandson, someone's nephew," witness Conrad Hilton recalled. "I held his hand and he looked at me and he said, 'Tell my mother I love her.'"

MPD officers said Timothy Jones, 42, was driving the Cadillac. He was arrested for driving with a suspended license and for not having proof of insurance.
