Philadelphia,PA : Driver arrested after 73-year-old pedestrian killed on September, Sunday 10th 2017

Philadelphia police have arrested say a driver who they believe fatally struck a 73-year-old pedestrian.
Police say the man was hit Sunday afternoon in the city’s Tacony neighborhood. He was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The driver was arrested at the scene. Formal charges have not been announced.
