HARTFORD, CT : 2 hospitalized from crash in Hartford on Thursday, 8th February 2024

Two people were trapped in a vehicle that crashed into a pole in Hartford on Thursday night.

According to the Hartford Fire Department, the crash happened at High and South Chapel streets around 9 p.m.

Firefighters found the two male victims in the car. Both had to be extricated.

“Both were extricated from the vehicle by Hartford fire personnel,” said Mario Oquendo, Jr., Hartford Fire Department public information officer. “Patients were both unresponsive but breathing on their own.”
