Laredo, TX : One dead in multi-vehicle crash in south Laredo on Wednesday, 31st August, 2016

A fatality has been reported following a multi-vehicle collision in south Laredo, authorities said.
The crash was reported around 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of Cuatro Vientos Boulevard and Aguanieve Drive.
Police have activated the crash team to investigate the case.
LPD announced on their Facebook page that no traffic is being allowed to head south on the Loop to Cuatro Vientos.
"All traffic is being redirected to exit at the City Hall Annex leading to Hwy 359. Additionally there is no traffic headed north on Cuatro Vientos from Wormser," the post said.
On the way to scene of the crash, an ambulance got into a fender-bender. Police said there are no injuries stemming from that incident.
This report comes a day after a four-vehicle crash near the intersection of Jalapa Street and Cuatro Vientos Boulevard, which is less than a mile north of today's collision.
