Albany, NY : A two-car accident on Route 39 on Wednesday, January, 24th 2018

A two-car accident on Route 39 in the town of Sheridan sent one motorist to the hospital with injuries this afternoon. According to New York State Police, a black Equinox was slowing down near the Sheridan Convenience Store when a dark grey Chrysler traveling behind it failed to stop in time. The Chrysler ended up ramming into the back of the Equinox. The motorist in the Equinox was transported via Fredonia Ambulance to Brooks Memorial Hospital. The motorist in the Chrysler was treated at the scene. The Sheridan Fire Department and Chautauqua County’ EMS’ fly-car were also on scene.
