Salem, VA : 21-year-old man died in two-car crash on Route 611 in Craig County on Saturday, Nov 29, 2015

Virginia State Police say they're investigating a two-car crash that killed a 21-year-old in Craig County.

State police said in a release Sunday that Jesse Lee Brookman died Saturday after the pick-up truck he was driving on Route 611 crossed the center line and struck another vehicle head on.

Police say the passenger of the car that Brookman was driving was 22-year-old Jeremy W. Phillips. He was taken to Roanoke Memorial Hospital. The driver of the other vehicle, 65-year-old George M. Ledford, was flown to the hospital.

Police say all three men were from Covington and none of them were wearing their seatbelts.
