Woman Killed in Hit-and-Run Accident in Sykesville Maryland

Anne Arundel County Police say the body of an adult female was found in a wooded area in Pasadena Tuesday evening. Officers responded to the area of Bayside Beach Road and Belhaven Avenue at around 5:00 p.m. after someone reported that a female was on the ground in a wooded area and appeared to be seriously injured. Police say the female appears to be a victim of a hit and run accident. Police say the incident is under investigation. The victim is not being identified at this time
