Hamlin, NY : One man died in a rollover crash in western New York on Wednesday, March 16, 2016
Authorities say a rollover crash in western New York has left one man dead.
Monroe County sheriff's deputies say they found a Ford Taurus in a ditch just before 9 p.m. Wednesday in Hamlin, 15 miles west of Rochester. Authorities say it appears that the car was traveling on Route 18 when it rolled over and hit a telephone pole.
Thirty-eight-year-old Jason Duval was ejected from the car and found by first responders in brush nearby. Investigators say excessive speed appears to be a factor in the crash.
The accident is under investigation.
