A pedestrian was hit and killed in Orange County Friday morning, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The crash happened shortly before 7 a.m. on Winter Garden Vineland Road and Carlow Court, FHP Lt. Kim Montes said. The pedestrian, 58-year-old Jose Sanchez, was crossing the streeet when he was hit by Mark Chemidlin, 39, Montes said.
