MANSFIELD, MA : Motorcycle rider hurt in Mansfield crash on April, Monday 10th 2017

A motorcyclist was injured in an accident with a car Tuesday afternoon.

The accident was reported about 3:40 p.m. at the intersection of Oakland and North Main streets. The cyclist was driving down Oakland and the car was pulling out of North Main, officials said.

The victim was taken to Sturdy Memorial Hospital, Attleboro, with what a fire official described as minor injuries.

The crash caused a lot of traffic tie-up because of the afternoon commute and the proximity to the Mansfield commuter rail station.
