Columbus, OH : Man in critical condition after single-vehicle wreck at S. High at Southgate Drive in Franklin County on Thursday morning, March 10, 2016

A man has been taken to OhioHealth Grant Medical Center in critical condition this morning following a crash on S. High Street.

The crash occurred at 10:45 a.m. on S. High at Southgate Drive.

Police said the critically injured driver was in cardiac arrest when taken to Grant and may have had a medical emergency that caused him to crash.

Police have closed S. High Street while they investigate, and motorists are advised to avoid the area.
