Aspinwall, PA : Inbound lanes of Parkway East in Pittsburgh reopen after crash on Monday, June 5, 2017

Inbound lanes of the Parkway East in Pittsburgh reopened about 3:30 p.m. Monday after a crash closed them for about an hour, PennDOT said.

Authorities closed the inbound lanes just after 2:30 p.m. because of a crash between the Stanwix Street on-ramp and the Fort Pitt Bridge, PennDOT reported.

Further information about the crash was not immediately available.

PennDOT advised motorists to expect “heavy residual delays” in the area.
