A woman has died after hitting a parked dump truck on State Route 906 in Kittitas County.
A news release from Washington State Patrol said 23-year-old Sarrah Powers was driving eastbound on State Route 906 when she hit an unoccupied dump truck on the other side of the road.
Her car burst into flames.
It is unknown if drugs or alcohol were involved. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
