Orlando, FL : Kissimmee motorcyclists dead in Lake County crash early Sunday morning, July 17, 2016

Two Kissimmee motorcyclists died early Sunday morning in a Lake County crash, troopers say.

According to Florida Highway Patrol, 43-year-old Randal Harris and 38-year-old Michele Harris died after they were ejected from a 2008 Yamaha near the intersection of US-27 and Thousand Trails Boulevard in Clermont.

They'd been headed north along the inside lane of US-27 just before the wreck, which happened before 2 a.m., Sgt. Kim Montes said in a news release.

Clermont resident Humberto Baez, 51, who had been stopped in a 2008 Chevy SUV in the westbound lane of Thousand Trails Boulevard, turned right into the inside northbound lane of US-27, in front of the motorcycle, Montes said.

The front of the motorcycle collided with the rear of the SUV, and the motorcyclists were ejected, according to troopers.

Baez did not suffer any injuries.

Troopers will continue to investigate.
