Columbus, GA : Columbus police car involved in 2-vehicle crash on Sunday, November 27th 2016

A Columbus police car was involved in a two-vehicle crash just before noon Sunday.

The 2013 Dodge Charger driven by the officer, who has not been named, collided with a 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix at the intersection of 13th Street and Fifth Avenue.

Both vehicles suffered significant front-end damage.

No one was injured in the crash, according to an officer on the scene. The wreck is under investigation.
