BUCKFIELD, ME : Fatal crash in Buckfield under investigation on Sunday, 8th September 2024

The Oxford County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal crash in Buckfield involving a vehicle and a pedestrian.

It happened around 5:30 a.m. at 115 Depot St., the sheriff's office told NEWS CENTER Maine.

The pedestrian, a woman, was gravely injured and died at the scene, the sheriff's office said in a release.
