Two people are injured after a motocross crash at Portland International Raceway on Thursday evening.
According to Portland Fire & Rescue, a motocross rider left the track. The rider hit a pole and his bike hit a fence where a female spectator was standing.
The rider was taken to Legacy Emanuel Medical Center where he’s in critical condition.
The spectator was taken to Oregon Health & Science University. She’s in stable condition.
Fire officials said the motocross racer lost control when he overshot the "Sunset Double Jump." His throttle got stuck.
