Sanford, FL : Two people killed in vehicle crash on State Road 417 Saturday September 19 2015

Authorities with the Florida Highway Patrol are investigating a crash that killed two people on State Road 417 on Friday night.
Officials said Alexis McMillin, of Sanford, was driving the wrong way near Rinehart Road.
Investigators determined McMillin's car hit another vehicle and came to rest on top of a guardrail.
McMillin died, along with her son, Austin McMillin, 16. A 15-year-old passenger in her car and the driver in the second car were seriously hurt.
A third driver was unable to avoid the wreck and hit the guardrail, Florida Highway Patrol Sgt. Kim Montes said. He was not injured.
Troopers do not know why McMillin was driving the wrong way. Alcohol tests are pending on both of the victims.
