Las Vegas, NV : Motorcyclist killed in crash near Nellis AFB on May 18th 2014

The Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal motorcycle accident on the northeast side of Las Vegas near Nellis Air Force Base.

State troopers say a motorcycle collided with another vehicle about 3 p.m. Sunday on Lake Mead Boulevard near Hollywood.

The motorcyclist was killed. Troopers say he was in his early 20s but they have not released his name.

No one else was injured in the crash. The accident remains under investigation.
