HAYFIELD, TX : A motor scooter rider who was killed after his motor scooter crash on Monday, June 12, 2017

A motor scooter rider who was killed Monday afternoon after his motor scooter crashed on Northwestern Pike (U.S. 50) in Frederick County has been identified.

Paul Augustine Kosco, 56, of Prescott, Ariz., was eastbound and headed downhill when he lost control of the Duke Touring scooter he was riding, according to Virginia State Police spokesperson Sgt. F.L. “Les” Tyler.
