MILWAUKEE, WI : 3 hurt in crash in Milwaukee"s Riverwest neighborhood on Tuesday, 25th April 2023

Three people were hurt following a single-vehicle crash in Milwaukee's Riverwest neighborhood.

Officials say it happened just after 6:30 a.m. near 26th and Humboldt.

According to police, the driver, a 19-year-old Milwaukee man, the front seat passenger, a 24-year-old Delafield woman and the backseat passenger, an 18-year-old Franklin woman, were conveyed to a local hospital for treatment.

The driver and the front seat passenger had to be extricated from the vehicle.

Police believe speed was a factor in the crash.

A firearm was recovered at the scene.
