Scottsdale, AZ : 1 dead, 2 injured after car crash near McKellips and Longmore on Tuesday morning, December 30, 2014

One person died and two others were hospitalized after a car collided with a truck early Tuesday morning near McKellips and Longmore.

Officials say a car was heading southbound on Longmore when it collided with a truck going southbound on McKellips.

One person has been confirmed dead; two others were taken to a hospital. Their conditions haven't been released.

McKellips was closed for several hours.
