White Swan, WA : Three people killed in a head-on vehicle crash near Yakima on Tuesday afternoon, July 12, 2016
Three people were killed in a head-on crash Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of Fort and Brownstown roads, authorities said.
The crash was reported about 1:40 p.m. 6 miles east of White Swan.
Among the dead was David Dogsleep, 53, the driver of a pickup that was struck by a car that was passing another westbound vehicle near the Fort Road intersection, Yakima County Coroner Jack Hawkins said.
The other two killed were the car's driver, 28-year-old Nicholas Martinez and one of his passengers, Anthony John, 44.
All three men were Lower Valley residents, Hawkins said.
Tribal police did not release additional information about the crash.
