Jacksonville, FL : One person dead after two-vehicle crash on Mathews Bridge on Wednesday night, April 15, 2015

All westbound lanes of the Mathews Bridge were shut down Wednesday night due to a two-vehicle crash.

At least one person was hurt in the crash, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department and the Florida Highway Patrol also responded to the crash.

One westbound lane of the bridge opened just before 11 p.m.
