York, SC : pedestrian struck and killed by a car on Railroad Avenue on Friday, December 25, 2015

A pedestrian was struck by a car and killed on Friday in York, South Carolina, the coroner’s office said.

Anthony Shannon Sr. was hit on Railroad Avenue.

The 47-year-old was a resident of York.

The coroner’s office will conduct an autopsy and toxicology testing on Sunday.
