Augusta, ME : 77-year-old woman suffered minor injuries in driver crashed into a row of parked cars on Friday December 4 2015
Police said an elderly driver crashed into a row of parked cars while leaving MaineGeneral Hospital on Friday.
Police said the driver, a 77-year-old woman, suffered minor injuries, but thankfully no one was in any of the parked cars when she hit them.
Police said the woman was leaving the hospital when she hopped the curb and hit a light pole, which pushed her up onto a row of six parked cars.
The incident happened about 2 p.m., and rescue crews had to extract the woman from her car.
All of the cars have been towed out of the parking lot.
