ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MO : 1 dead in 3-car crash on I-270 near I-70, multiple lanes closed on Friday, 1st March 2024

One person was killed in a crash Friday morning on northbound Interstate 270.

Cpl. Dallas Thompson with the Missouri State Highway Patrol said the three-car crash happened near the Interstate 70 ramp. One person was killed, but Thompson did not have information on any other injuries.
