Three people have died in a head-on crash on Highway 35 north of Onalaska in western Wisconsin. It happened about 6:45 p.m. Tuesday at Highway Z. The La Crosse County Sheriff's Office says the initial call said it was a crash between two cars, but deputies arrived to find a third car involved. Authorities say 23-year-old Lacey Daily of Onalaska was driving north when she crossed the center line and clipped a truck driving south. Daily's car then hit a second southbound car, killing the driver, 87-year-old Mary Dolbee, and her daughter, 60-year-old Karen Dolbee, both of Holmen. Daily also died. The occupants in the truck were not hurt. The La Crosse Tribune reports authorities don't believe road conditions were a factor.
