SULLIVAN, NY : Syracuse man killed in Madison County motorcycle crash on Tuesday, 10th July 2018

A Syracuse man was killed Tuesday night in a motorcycle crash in Madison County, according to New York State Police.

Erick S. Villafane-Roldan, 28, was pronounced dead at the scene after his motorcycle struck a vehicle just before 9 p.m. on state Route 31 in the town of Sullivan, state police said.

Witnesses told police that the motorcycle was traveling over 100 mph prior to the crash, police said.
