Billings woman killed in crash near Acton on Wednesday, 4th July 2018

A Billings woman died Wednesday afternoon after her car was hit from behind by a semi truck near Acton according to Montana Highway Patrol. She was 86-years-old.

MHP confirmed both vehicles were driving northbound on Highway 3. The woman slowed down to take a right turn when she was hit.

The semi truck driver, a 26-year old man from Alberta, did not slow down in time causing the accident, MHP says.
