Orlando, FL : Witnesses help capture fleeing hit-and-run driver on Thursday night, June 5, 2014

A hit-and-run driver who crashed through the front yard fence of an Orlando home and hit two vehicles in a driveway Thursday night was caught thanks to witnesses, according to police.

Authorities with the Orlando Police Department said the crash happened just after 9 p.m. on Bruton Boulevard.

Investigators said the driver of the vehicle fled on foot but was caught by witnesses.

Officials said he was the only person in the car.

No injuries were reported.

The driver was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center for treatment, and police said he would be booked later into the Orange County Jail.
