Macon , GA : 26 - Years old Pedestrian was struck by a car at Holt Avenue on Thursday Night , December 4th 2014
Authorities are investigating the death of a pedestrian who was struck by a car in the Macon area.
The Telegraph reports (http://bit.ly/1CMiLwL) that 63-year-old Bobby Lewis Wright of Macon man was killed in the crash late Thursday night.
Bibb County sheriff's officials say Wright was standing on Montpelier Avenue at Holt Avenue around 10 p.m. Thursday when he was hit by a 2002 BMW that was being driven westbound by a 26-year-old Macon man.
Montpelier Avenue was closed for about two hours as authorities investigated the death.
The Macon newspaper reports that deputies would like to talk to anyone who has information about the accident.
