A Sparta man died on scene of a vehicle crash early Tuesday morning in Cumberland County.
David Palmer, 35, was driving a 2009 Volkswagen Rabbit on Sparta Highway when he crossed the center line and struck a freightliner head on, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol report.
