Hot Springs, AR : Hot Springs man killed in one-vehicle wreck on Monday, February 20th 2017

A Hot Springs man was killed early Monday in a one-vehicle wreck on Highway 70 east near Narrows Road in Saline County, according to an Arkansas State Police preliminary fatal crash summary.

John Edward Davidson, 41, driving a 1998 GMC truck was westbound on Highway 70 shortly before 2:30 a.m. when he reportedly veered left for an unknown reason, left the roadway and struck a tree.

Davidson was pronounced dead at the scene by the Saline County coroner. The report notes conditions were clear and dry at the time of the wreck.
