TULSA, OK : 24-year-old man was killed in a wreck on Friday, 23rd March 2018

A 24-year-old man was killed in a Friday morning wreck, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

About 5:25 a.m., Jordan Cox, of Tulsa, was driving sport utility vehicle east on Interstate 44, in Tulsa city limits. The SUV struck a parked tractor-trailer, troopers said.

Cox, who was wearing a seat belt, died at the scene. The driver of the rig was not injured, the patrol reported.
