Medora, N.D : Truck trailer driver dies in I-94 exit ramp crash by Medora on Wednesday, June 29, 2016

Law enforcement authorities say a 64-year-old North Dakota man has died in a vehicle crash on an Interstate 94 exit ramp near Medora.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the Belfield resident died Wednesday.

Authorities say the man, who was driving a truck trailer, failed to negotiate a curve as he was exiting the interstate. A report from the Highway Patrol states that the vehicle tipped onto its side, traveled through the guardrail just before the I-94 overpass and came to rest upside down.

The Highway Patrol did not release the man's name Thursday. The agency says the crash remains under investigation.
