Hockessin, DE : 26-year old William fox killed after pickup truck hit a tractor- trailer crash on State Route 41 in Hockessin on Thursday, January 15, 2015

A Pennsylvania man has been killed after his pick up truck hit a tractor-trailer across the state line in Delaware.

Delaware State Police say 26-year-old William Fox of Ridley Park, Pennsylvania was speeding in his truck on State Route 41 in Hockessin, Delaware when he crossed into the oncoming lane of traffic and hit the back of a tractor-trailer. Fox, who wasn't wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene. The tractor-trailer driver was not hurt.

The accident remains under investigation.
