Kings Mountain ,NC : Shelby woman drives wrong way on road and crashed on Friday Morning ,July 3rd 2015

A Shelby woman was seriously injured Friday morning when she drove the wrong way on a Kings Mountain road, police said.

According to our partners at the Gaston Gazette, authorities said Jessica Brewster missed her exit at Shelby Road and then drove west up the east down ramp.

When she pulled onto Shelby Road, police said she hit a SUV.

Brewster was seriously hurt, officials said.

The driver of the SUV had three children in the car, including 4-month-old twins. None of them were hurt.
