Providence, RI : 20- Years old Driver facing charges after a passenger in his minivan killed and wo others injured in a rollover accident on early Saturday ,March 28th 2015

A 20-year-old Providence man is facing charges after a passenger in his minivan was killed in a rollover accident early Saturday.

Police said Hector Diaz is charged with driving under the influence and reckless driving that resulted in a death, and driving to endanger. After his arrest Saturday, he was held on $500,000 bail on a probation violation in an unrelated case. He is to be arraigned Monday. It's not immediately known who is representing him.

Police said Diaz was driving on Interstate 95 at about 2:45 a.m. when he struck a light pole, causing the van to roll over several times.
